Confidence for your organisation and your people

Trust matters when coaching is connected with workplace information. Avertri is open about the services it uses, the role of AI and the information an organisation should review before introducing the platform.

A responsible foundation

What organisations can expect from Avertri

Clear customer responsibility

Your organisation decides who should use Avertri and remains responsible for its people processes, employment decisions and formal policies.

Transparent AI use

Avertri Coach uses OpenAI's API. A person's question and selected relevant context are sent to OpenAI to generate a coaching response.

A clear workplace remit

Avertri supports workplace coaching and development. It does not make employment decisions or replace managers, HR teams, company policies or qualified advice.

Information before service begins

Privacy, service-provider, retention and deletion arrangements are documented with each customer before accounts are issued or workplace information is added.

A clear data journey

Where information is processed

Avertri uses established service providers to host the platform and deliver AI-supported coaching.

Platform hosting

The Avertri platform and database are hosted through Render in Frankfurt. Render may process account, support and operational information in other locations under its service terms.

AI processing

When someone uses Avertri Coach, their question and selected relevant context are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default. Standard provider retention may apply; the position is documented with each customer before use.

Before information is added

Clear arrangements from the start

Customer review

Each prospective customer can review the relevant privacy, security, service-provider and data-handling information before deciding whether Avertri is appropriate for its organisation.

Agreed data lifecycle

Customer terms document what information is retained, how deletion requests are handled and what happens when an agreement ends before the service begins.
