The practical details
How long is the agreement?
The standard agreement is 12 months, with 24- and 36-month options available by agreement. Agreements do not renew automatically; any renewal is agreed explicitly.
How is billing handled?
Billing is monthly or quarterly in advance. Additional licences can be added during the term and charged pro rata.
What does the AI allowance mean?
An organisation-wide AI allowance is included. Additional capacity can be purchased if required. The allowance applicable to your organisation is confirmed in the proposal or order form.
What onboarding is included?
Standard setup includes guided administrator onboarding, practical launch resources and email support to help your organisation prepare for and introduce Avertri.
