These terms apply when you use avertri.com. The website is operated by AI Chat Innovators Limited and provides information about Avertri for organisations and people acting in a business or professional capacity. Avertri is not offered through this website as a personal consumer subscription.

1. About us

Avertri is a trading name of AI Chat Innovators Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15399461. Our registered office is 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern use of the public Avertri marketing website, including its content and enquiry form. They do not govern access to the Avertri platform, pilots, subscriptions, licence allowances, onboarding, support, customer data processing, payment, renewal or termination. Those matters are covered by the relevant written customer agreement and associated platform terms.

3. Website information, pricing and enquiries

Website content provides general information about Avertri. Illustrative examples show how the platform may be used and do not represent customer results or guarantee particular outcomes.

Prices displayed on the website are Avertri's current standard licence prices and exclude VAT. The final number and mix of licences, agreement length, AI allowance, billing cycle and any agreed variations will be recorded in the applicable proposal, order form or customer agreement.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or commit either party to proceed. A contract begins only when the relevant written agreement is accepted by both parties.

4. Using the website and its content

You may use the website for lawful business-information purposes. You may view, print and save website material, and share it within your organisation where this helps your organisation evaluate Avertri.

Unless we give written permission, you must not republish or commercially exploit substantial website content; copy Avertri branding, designs or product imagery for another product; present altered or copied content as approved by Avertri; or use the Avertri name in a way that implies an unauthorised relationship or endorsement.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the website or its content unlawfully, fraudulently or misleadingly.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to, or interfere with, the website or related systems.
  • Introduce malicious code or place an unreasonable load on the website.
  • Use automated tools to extract substantial amounts of website content, other than ordinary search-engine indexing.
  • Submit deliberately false enquiries or impersonate another person or organisation.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its copy, graphics, designs, product imagery and software are owned by or licensed to AI Chat Innovators Limited. The Avertri name and branding also belong to AI Chat Innovators Limited. The limited permissions in section 4 do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.

7. External websites

We may link to external websites where they provide useful additional information. We do not control their content or availability, and a link does not automatically mean that we endorse the website or its operator.

8. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available. Website content may change as Avertri develops, and the website may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors. Material commercial details will be confirmed in the relevant written customer agreement.

9. Liability

AI Chat Innovators Limited is not responsible for a loss to the extent that it was not caused by our breach of these terms, was not reasonably foreseeable, or resulted from relying on general website information instead of the relevant written customer agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website, our business or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published here with its effective date and will apply from that date. Changes to these Website Terms do not amend an existing pilot or customer agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or use of the public website.
